Youghal under 21 footballers traveled to Ovens to play Eire Og in the Glenville tournament.We traveled to this tournament game after winning last year betting Kinsale in  the final last year.Unfortunately we traveled with a very inexperience team because of a lot of players unavailable(14 of the panel)but anyway we competed and gave a very good performance even if we left it until the second half.
  In the first half we elected to play with the wind,but really it went against us.James O mahony had a goal on the board after 5 minute but we got no other score unlike Eire Og who managed to get 2/2.
  Second half was a little bit different we changed the team around but more importantly we changed our attitude!Eire Og keep on attacking but we managed a few scores,Victor Cahill 0/1,Dale Donoghue 0/1,David O Mahony 0/1,Dylan Power 0/1,James O mahony,0/1,Adrian Curtain 1/0(pen).
